Rationale
I have been meaning to convert my site into a form closer to those of Gwern Branwen and Karl Voit: less a hole to pour ideas into, more an organically-growing collection of connected articles, which are kept up to date. It could be seen as strange for me to have removed Denote from the site when my intention is to develop it into a form where the back-linking and tagging functionality it provides would be more beneficial than they were previously, but it is probably more important to have a stable foundation, rather than the fanciest technologies, when the goal is to build a site to last.
Process
In the new form of the site, I will keep the blog, and endeavour to leave each post as it was at the point it was originally created, barring egregious errors. All other pages on the site will be actively maintained. At most, I may add a link from a post to another page that supersedes it it.
